By using Reliable Shuttle LLC services, you agree to these terms.


SMS PROGRAM

Reliable Shuttle LLC operates an SMS notification program for registered riders. Messages include ride confirmations, PIN codes, payment alerts, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.

OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for assistance.

MESSAGE & DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

CARRIER LIABILITY

Reliable Shuttle LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues beyond our control.

AGE RESTRICTION

Our services and SMS program are intended for users 18 years of age and older.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Reliable Shuttle LLC provides scheduled transportation services

in Montgomery, Alabama for work commutes, dialysis appointments,

grocery trips, and other rides.

BOOKING POLICY

- All riders must have a confirmed booking to board

- Walk-up riders are not permitted

- Driver will verify your 4-digit PIN before boarding

FEES AND PAYMENTS

Weekly Membership: $75 per week (recurring)

One-Time Ride: $30 per ride

AUTOMATIC CHARGES

By registering, you authorize Reliable Shuttle LLC to

automatically charge your card on file for:

- No-show fee: $15 (if rider is not present at pickup)

- Late delay fee: $10 (if rider causes driver to wait

beyond 3 minutes)

CANCELLATION

Rides must be cancelled in advance. Last-minute cancellations

may be subject to fees at the discretion of Reliable Shuttle LLC.

RIDER CONDUCT

- Only registered riders may board the shuttle

- Riders must present their PIN to the driver before boarding

- Disruptive behavior may result in service termination

SMS OPT-IN

By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS

messages from Reliable Shuttle LLC. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Reliable Shuttle LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic,

weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
